The Minnesota Department of Transportation calls the roads and highways in southern Minnesota difficult Monday and completely covered in northern Iowa. If you were on the road this weekend you could see some of the results of the storm last winter. A member of the ABC 6 News was on Interstate 35 south of Sunday, when traffic was slow and the conditions were dangerous.
