Fall 2011 Trends: The Turtleneck
Do the turtle.This is another of those topics born out of a conversation at Lincoln Center, waiting for a show to start. To wit: "Man, they're throwing a whole lot of turtlenecks down the runway this season, aren't they?" And if you detected wariness in that sentence, you are a very dutiful and wise minion. It's true; we're, shall we say, not partial to the turtleneck. It's not that we've never seen a good one, it's just that it's one of those style elements that can so easily go wrong. In
