A series of heavy storms that hit eastern Missouri on April 22 have left a trail of damage in the area, especially the St. Louis airport, which closed after hailstorms started getting worse.
According to local reports, the Missouri storms caused the windows to break at the airport, injuring several travelers who were at the airport. The parking lot also saw a lot of damage taking place, with reports of overturned cars and a shuttle bus hitting the roof of a parking structure.
